Craigslist ad ends in Pueblo armed robbery

Pueblo police arrested two men accused of robbing a man who responded to a Craigslist ad.

Capt. Eric Bravo said three or four people went to check out a Ford truck advertised on Craigslist. Shortly after the two suspects were showing them the truck, they robbed a man at gunpoint.

Bravo said the suspects took off near I25 and Eagleridge Blvd. while the victims chased after them at around 5:35 p.m.

Police arrested Steven Behrens, 40, and James Parsley, 32, near Pueblo Motorsports Park on suspicion of aggravated robbery. Police are looking for a woman who was seen with the suspects. She’s described as white and skinny, with multicolored hair.

Police also recovered the victim’s money.
