13 candidates vying for 3 at-large city council seats

Ballots for the April 2015 municipal election in Colorado Springs, were mailed out Friday.

Voters will elect a new mayor and three at-large city council members. District 2 voters will also choose a district council member, and District 4 voters will decide whether councilwoman Helen Collins is recalled.

The following is a list of the at-large city council member candidates, in the order they will appear on the ballot:
