Shots fired call closes roads in Florence

Police in Florence are investigating after shots were fired during a fight Thursday night.

It happened around 7 p.m. in the 500 block W. Main Street Thursday.

Police said during the fight, shots were fired from a vehicle. That vehicle drove off before officers arrived.

No one was hurt from the shots, police said. But one person was taken to a hospital with injuries from the fight.

That portion of Main Street remains closed as off 9:30 p.m.
