20 homes lose water after fire hydrant hit during crash
A fire hydrant was damaged during a crash at the intersection of Lincoln St. and Evans Ave Tuesday.
KRDO NewsChannel 13’s Michael Macias reports that one of the drivers was a pregnant woman who ran from the scene.
Pueblo Chieftain reporter Ryan Severance tweeted that 20 homes were without water because of the crash. Pueblo Water Works said service would be restored by around 7:30 p.m.
Evans Ave. was closed in front of Carlile Elementary for repairs.
