EVRAZ announces Pueblo layoffs, blames declining oil prices
EVRAZ says it is temporarily laying off up to 200 workers in Pueblo because of declining oil prices and a reduction in drilling programs.
The layoffs affect workers at the company’s seamless pipe facility. They will take effect January 31.
EVRAZ says it will closely monitor the market and will bring employees back to work as soon as possible.
