Multiple accidents in Colorado Springs & Pueblo

— COLORADO SPRINGS – One driver faces a DUI charge after his car rolled into the McCloskey car dealership in the 6,000 block of North Academy just after 5 a.m. Sunday.
Police report that the car rolled into at least three other vehicles at the dealership.
The driver was transported to the hospital, but investigators say he did not suffer any serious injuries.

— COLORADO SPRINGS – One person is dead after a serious crash near Nevada Avenue just before 1:30 am Sunday morning.
Police say the car rolled as it crashed into several parked cars.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
Northbound Nevada was closed to traffic during the investigation.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

— COLORADO SPRINGS – A Colorado Springs intersection was briefly closed after an early morning crash on Sunday.
Colorado Springs police say it happened at the intersection of Astrozon and South Academy shortly after midnight.
Police say one car ran a red light at the intersection before colliding with another vehicle. The eastbound lanes of Astrozon and the northbound lanes of South Academy were briefly closed after the accident.
No one was seriously hurt.

— PUEBLO COUNTY – The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened near Highway 50 and Highway 233 in Pueblo County Saturday afternoon.
State troopers report that 65-year-old Beverly Dietz was attempting to catch a stray dog when she walked onto the road when she was struck by an oncoming car.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car, 62-year-old William Anaya, was not hurt in the crash. He has not been taken into custody.
Alcohol and speed are not considered to be factors in the crash.
