Stolen emergency trailer found dumped, damaged

The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region says an emergency trailer that was stolen on Christmas Day was found dumped and damaged off of I-25 in Fountain.

The trailer was packed with emergency supplies when it was taken. When it was found on December 27, many of those supplies were missing or damaged. HSPPR says the trailer is damaged beyond repair.

A donation drive will be held on Saturday, January 10 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Humane Society’s office at 610 Abbot Lane. You can also donate online.
