Two people hit by cars, killed over the weekend identified

Colorado Springs Police have released the names of two people who died after being hit by cars in separate incidents over the weekend.

The first accident happened just before 8 p.m. Friday at the intersection of N. Academy Blvd. and Bijou St. Police said Christian Dillon, 31, was jaywalking and was wearing ear phones when he was hit.

The second accident happened Saturday at 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Powers Blvd. and Dublin Blvd.

Police said Christina Lilley, 24, was killed. They said Lilley was jaywalking.

Toxicology results are pending in both cases.

Police said neither driver will be cited.
