Two employees at the Denver Police Department’s crime lab are recovering after they were exposed to synthetic cannabinoid powder.
Department spokesman Matt Murray tells KMGH-TV the employees, whose names have not been released, were working with the synthetic marijuana Monday morning when the package burst and both of them inhaled it.
The employees were hospitalized, but their conditions have not been released.
