People in Pueblo split over seeing Cosby’s show at Memorial Hall

The show still goes on for Bill Cosby in Pueblo, but not everyone is happy about that.

Cosby is facing allegations of sexual assault of at least four women.

TV Land has stopped airing “The Cosby Show” and Netflix stopped a stand-up comedy special.

The Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is the latest place to cancel Cosby’s show.

Cosby is scheduled to perform at Memorial Hall on Jan. 16.

Pueblo resident Dana Dawson said despite the allegations she still wants to see Cosby perform.

“I believe he is an amazing performer and I would like to see him in person. The allegations, it happens to everybody,” she said.

Dee Russell lives in Pueblo. She said she was a fan of Cosby until the allegations came out.

“I would not, I’m supporting other women, other females in situations such as the allegations and I would not want to support him in that way,” she said.

The Pueblo Convention Center said Cosby’s show at Memorial Hall is almost sold out.
