Former teacher who admitted to sexting with student has license revoked

A former high school teacher who resigned from her job after admitting to kissing and sexting with a student has lost her teaching license.

A state board of education document obtained by KRDO NewsChannel 13 says that Larisa Oringdulph had her license revoked for engaging in “inappropriate conduct toward male high school students.”

Oringdulph resigned from her job at South High School on November 7, 2013.

According to police reports from 2012, Oringdulph said she “did not mean anything by it” when she texted a student, asking if he was going to buy porn when he turned 18.

A year after police finished their 2012 investigation, more accusations were made and police began another investigation in October 2013. During the 2013 investigation, Oringdulph admitted to kissing and sexting with a male student.
