Man indicted in wife’s death at national park
A Highlands Ranch man has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge in the 2012 death of his wife at Rocky Mountain National Park.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation said Thursday Harold Henthorn is accused in the death of his wife, Toni Henthorn.
Henthorn was arrested Thursday by the National Park Service and the FBI.
Authorities say Toni Henthorn fell 40 to 50 feet on the north side of Deer Mountain while hiking in the area with her husband.
Harold Henthorn’s attorney, Craig Truman, declined comment on the arrest.
