House catches fire in Victor

Firefighters battled flames at a home in Victor Friday evening. Victor is located in southern Teller County, about five miles southeast of Cripple Creek.

KRDO viewer Kim Martin said the fire started around 4:30 p.m. at a home at the intersection of 1st Street and Victor Avenue.

Martin said firefighters from the Cripple Creek and Victor Fire Departments showed up to fight the flames.

KRDO NewsChannel 13 has placed calls with the Victor Fire Department and the Teller County Sheriffs Office to get additional information.
