Foul play not suspected in Cimarron Hills death investigation
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says it does not believe a woman who was found dead in an SUV in Cimarron Hills Sunday night was the victim of a homicide.
The woman has been identified as Dawn Frank, 28, of Simla. Her remains were found in an SUV parked near the intersection of Seneca Road and Ford Street at around 6 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, September 28, 2014.
More information about how Frank died is expected to be released once toxicology results become available.
