Victim in Pueblo shooting dies, teen accused of pulling the trigger
Pueblo Police confirmed Monday morning (9/29/14) that a man who was shot over the weekend has died.
The shooting happened in the 600 block of Jackson Street on the morning of Saturday, September 27, 2014.
Clinton Miller, 37, was flown to a Denver hospital.
Police say a 17-year-old shot Miller during an argument.
The teen was booked into the Pueblo Youth Corrections Facility over the weekend. He is currently facing charges of second degree assault and discharge of a firearm, but those charges are likely to change now that Miller has died.
This is the second shooting to happen in Pueblo this month.
