Deputies investigate reports of man exposing himself to young girls

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says it’s investigating two reports of a man exposing himself to underage girls in the Security-Widefield area.

Both incidents happened on September 23, 2014 between 3 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.

The first case was reported near the intersection of President Ave. and Caballero Ave. The victims, ages 11 and 13, said a man in a black four door sedan stopped at the intersection and stared at them while he exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately.

The second incident happened less than a mile away near Andover St. and Drew Dr. The victim, 16, described the same man in the same vehicle exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately.

The victims described the man as being approximately 30-years-old with either a bald head or very short hair. He was unshaven and had freckles. The man had a thin build and was wearing a black shirt.
