North Springs Wells Fargo branch robbed

Colorado Springs Police said one of two men who robbed a north side bank Tuesday morning was armed with a screwdriver.

Police were called to the Wells Fargo branch in the 4100 block of N. Academy Blvd. at 11:04 a.m. The robbers are described as men in their 30s who were wearing bandanas.

It’s unknown whether either man had a gun.

No injuries were reported.

Police said the pair got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
