CSPD searching for Walgreens attempted robbery suspect

Colorado Springs police are searching for a man they say tried to rob a Walgreens store late Sunday night.

It happened just before 11 p.m. at the Walgreens on Southgate Road.

Police say the man walked into the store, showed a gun and demanded money from the front register.

He did not fire the weapon, and no one was hurt.

Police say the man left the store and has not been caught.
