Contractors break water mains in two separate incidents
Water service was disrupted in parts of Fountain Wednesday (9/17/14) after two water mains were hit by two different contractors.
The first incident happened on Link Road. The second happened at Ohio Avenue and Hamlin Street.
Fountain Utilities said the contractors that hit the lines were not working on city projects.
Water service was expected to be fully restored by 1 p.m.
