Boy hit by car while riding his bike, not seriously hurt

Colorado Springs police say that a boy was hit by a car while riding his bike. Officers say he cut in front of the car in the 6000 block of Poudre Way, that is near Skyview middle school.

The boy was not seriously hurt, but was transported to the hospital for observation.

The driver of the vehicle was not cited for any traffic violations as a result of the investigation.
