Springs police investigate home invasion

Colorado Springs Police officers investigated a home invasion robbery near E. Platte Ave. and N. Circle Dr. Tuesday afternoon (9/2/14).

The crime happened in the 800 block of Tia Juana St. and was reported at 3:06 p.m.

Investigators said a man walked up to a home, pushed his way past the homeowner and through the front door, then left with stolen property from inside the house.

The homeowner was not injured.
