Tracking cooler temps & more storms

TODAY: Expect slightly cooler temps in the high 80s in Colorado Springs and low 90s in Pueblo. We're tracking more afternoon and evening showers and storms, bringing isolated gusty winds, periods of heavy rainfall and flooding chances along burn scars. The plains see higher hail chances than I-25.

TOMORROW: Temps will cool a little more. We're tracking highs in the low 80s in Colorado Springs and high 80s in Pueblo. We get a break from rain chances in most areas with the exception of the San Luis Valley and Raton Mesa seeing a few showers and thunderstorms in the PM hours.

EXTENDED: Storm chances stay fairly low through the weekend. Temps rebound to the Low 90s in Colorado Springs and mid-90s in Pueblo by Friday, before gradually pulling back through the weekend and early next week. Expect mid-80s in Colorado Springs and low 90s in Pueblo for the weekend. We drop to the low 80s in Colorado Springs and mid-80s in Pueblo by Monday with increasing storm chances.
