DIA closing Terminal East drop-off for construction work

Denver International Airport’s Terminal East drop-off will be closed from Friday night until Sunday morning. Crews will be finalizing construction on the new elevated roadway as part of the new Hotel and Transit Center.

Terminal East Level 6 will close to traffic from Friday at 10 p.m. until Sunday at 4 a.m. Drivers will be directed to use Level 4 during the closure to access Terminal East.

There will likely be delays on Terminal East during the closure. Passengers are encouraged to arrive two hours ahead of their scheduled flight departure, especially on Saturday.

Airlines on Terminal East include AirTran, Alaska Air, Delta, Frontier, Great Lakes, JetBlue, Southwest and Spirit Airlines.
