CSPD: Shooting victim in critical condition

Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting after a man was taken to the hospital.

Police were called to investigate a shots fired call in the area of Circle Dr and Carlsbad Dr around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say a man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The southbound lanes of Circle Dr from Winnipeg Dr to Fountain Blvd are closed for the investigation. Police plan to have the lanes reopened by Thursday morning.
