Unusual accident blocks Springs intersection

The bed of a truck somehow ended up tangled in the traffic lights at Fillmore and Mesa Monday (7/14/14).

The Colorado Springs Traffic Center says that the intersection is likely to remain closed until 7 p.m.

It’s unclear how the accident happened. Police are investigating.
