Pueblo County reaches retail marijuana store license quota for 2014

Pueblo County will not issue anymore retail marijuana store licenses this year.

The county says that when commissioners approved adult recreational marijuana regulations last year, they limited the number of recreational store permits to ten for 2014.

Between approved and pending applications, Pueblo County says that self-imposed limit has been reached.

Pueblo County’s Clerk and Recorder’s office has stopped accepting any new applications for retail marijuana store licenses for the remainder of 2014.
