Springs man found shot to death in Pueblo County
The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office says a man who was found dead in Fountain Creek near I-25 and the Pinon Bridge was the victim of a homicide.
Daniel Cressey, 20, of Colorado Springs, was shot twice in the chest according to the Pueblo County coroner.
Cressey’s body was found at around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
A person was in the area taking photographs when he reported to the sheriff’s office that he saw what he believed was a dead body in Fountain Creek, deputies said.
