El Paso Co. deputy involved in accident

An El Paso County Sheriff’s deputy was involved in an accident on Thursday (5/22/14) morning.

It happened the intersection of Black Forest and Woodmen Roads around 7:30, police said.

Colorado Springs Police said that the deputy was heading east on Woodmen when he rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped. That vehicle then hit another vehicle that was also stopped.

No one was seriously hurt in the crash.
