CSPD investigates after 2 shooting victims found
Colorado Springs Police are investigating after two men were shot Thursday night (5/15/14).
Police were called around 10:15 p.m. to the 3500 block of Verde Dr. on reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from non life-threatening injuries.
Shortly after that first call, police got another report of a shooting victim at Memorial Central Hospital. Police say a man at the hospital was also suffering from non life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are working to determine whether the two incidents are related.
Detectives from the CSPD Robbery Unit are assisting with the investigation.
