Police search for suspect in vandalism spree

Colorado Springs Police say they have arrested one person and are searching for another in connection to a string of vandalism reports in a north end neighborhood.

The victims, who included Academy School District 20, told investigators that someone spray painted their property.

During their investigation; police identified two suspects in the case. Joshua Hiett was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal mischief.

The second suspect, identified only as “Scott”, has not yet been arrested.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect and say he sometimes hangs out at Fairfax Park.
