Freeze warning issued for southeastern Colorado

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for all of southeastern Colorado from 10 p.m. Wednesday through 9 a.m. Thursday.

The warning includes all of southeastern Colorado, including Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

A Freeze warning is issued when the temperature is expected to drop to between 29 and 32 degrees for more than two hours.

Delicate or temperature sensitive outdoor plants need to be brought inside, covered or offered some sort of protection to prevent damage.
