After-school activities canceled at Pueblo’s Heaton Middle School

Heaton Middle School in Pueblo School District 60 was placed on modified secured perimeter status Wednesday (4/9/14).

Pueblo City Schools said students would be dismissed as normal at the end of the day, but all after-school activities have been canceled.

The modified secured perimeter was the result of a police investigation. Specific details have not been released.
