Data destruction event planned

A local electronics recycling company is making it easy for you to destroy your old computer components, laptops and hard drives.

Blue Star Recycling will host a data destruction event on Friday (2/ 21/14) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday (2/22/14) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The event is happening at Champion Windows, 4610 N. Chestnut Street, in Colorado Springs.

Blue Star says Friday’s event is geared toward businesses and Saturday’s event is geared toward the general public.
