36-year-old man sentenced to probation after getting 14-year-old girl pregnant
The Elbert County Sheriff’s Office says an Aurora man will serve five years on probation and have to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.
Guy Shepheard was sentenced on February 11, 2014, according to the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office.
Shepheard will have limited access to the internet and limited contact with children under 18 as part of his plea deal.
Investigators say they arrested Shepheard on February 21, 2013 for numerous charges including sexual exploitation of a child, sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and invasion of privacy.
