Pueblo murder suspect arrested
Pueblo Police say they have made an arrest in a deadly shooting that happened in the 1300 block of E. 9th Street.
Corey Martinez, 24, is accused of killing Robert Gonzales Jr., 38, on Sunday, January 26, 2014. Martinez was arrested on Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
Police say Gonzalez Jr. was dating Martinez’s mother. The shooting happened when the men got into a fight.
Martinez is facing charges for first degree murder.
