Springs firefighters battle 2 alarm apartment fire
Firefighters battled flames at an apartment complex near motor city Tuesday afternoon (1/21/14).
The fire department believes the two alarm fire started on the 2nd floor of the Cheyenne Vista Apartments, 360 Crestone Lane.
Between two and three apartments were reportedly heavily damaged by the fire. Other surrounding apartments were damaged by smoke and water.
12 people were displaced by the fire. The Red Cross is assisting them.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
No injuries have been reported.
