Lock out lifted, routine returning to normal at Alamosa Schools

A report of a possible threat posted on Facebook led to a district-wide lock out in Alamosa Tuesday morning (1/13/14).

Alamosa High School, Ortega Middle School and Alamosa Elementary School were all impacted.

The lock out has now been lifted and classes are resuming as scheduled.

District RE-11J said that police officers were present in each school during the lock out.

No information about the possible threat has been released.
