Manhunt resumes for two motel robbers in Colorado Springs

A manhunt is on for two men accused of robbing a Colorado Springs motel Thursday night (12/26/13).

Just before 7 p.m. the El Paso County Sheriffs Office got a report of disturbance at Econo Lodge at Panamint Court near Platte and Peterson.

They say two male suspects, dressed in all black, robbed the motel office, saying the had a weapon.

No one was hurt and the suspects ran away through a golf course with undisclosed personal items.

Although police are aware of a possible threat, they say the suspects may have left the area.

The El Paso County Sheriffs Office was assisted by CSP, CSPD K9 units, and EPSO K9 units.
