Security house fire knocked down

Firefighters from Security and Colorado Springs worked together to knock down a fire near the Colorado Springs Airport Monday (12/16/13).

The home where the fire happened is located at 4826 Daredevil Drive near the intersection of Hancock Expressway and Milton E. Proby Parkway.

Two family pets were inside the house when the fire started. They were rescued by neighbors.

No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
