A Grand Junction man is accused of suspected of taking pictures and videos of people using a portable toilet at a public park.

The Post Independent reports that 37-year-old Joshua Vohs was arrested Friday morning. Police say the man confessed to placing a camera inside a toilet at Junior Service League Park in order to take pictures of women using it.

The investigation began when a 13-year-old girl spotted the camera inside the toilet on Oct. 11 and notified her father.

In 2011, Vohs pleaded guilty to using a camera mounted to his shoe to take pictures up the skirts of women in a local store.
