Security Sonic robbed

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two men who robbed the Sonic in Security Wednesday night.

Deputies say the men were armed with semi-automatic handguns when they forced their way into the restaurant at 8:10 p.m. The men held employees at gunpoint and ordered them to open the store safe. They got away with an unknown amount of money.

The first suspect is described as a black male 6’4″, heavy build wearing a ski mask, gloves, black hooded sweatshirt, and tan pants with gold capped front teeth. The second suspect is described as a black male with a goatee 5’6″, thin build wearing a ski mask, gloves, black hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants.
