Owner of shop busted for allegedly selling spice in court

The owner of the shop busted last week for selling illegal synthetic marijuana isn’t saying much about the accusations. He was in court Wednesday.

Ryan Oligney owns Spice of Life on South Academy, it’s where the Drug Enforcement Administration seized 156 pounds of spice last week.

On Wednesday, he was advised of charges against him – illegal distribution of synthetic cannabinoids. Oligney told KRDO NEWSCHANNEL13 he is under the advisement of his lawyer.
