Colo. officials upset with state health exchange

Colorado health insurance exchange board officials are frustrated with the slow pace of registration in the state exchange program.

So far, there have only been about 3,200 people who have enrolled for health insurance. Computer glitches are being blamed for some of the problems signing up.

According to the Denver Post, officials said Monday more than 44,000 Coloradans have created accounts with the exchange since its launch Oct. 1.

Board member Arnold Salazar said Monday he expected as many as 30,000 people would have signed up by now.
