Concrete falls off Colorado Springs building
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — An engineer will inspect concrete panels on a building in downtown Colorado Springs after a large chunk fell off without causing any injuries.
The concrete slab weighs more than a ton. It fell nearly 20 feet off Centennial Hall on Friday.
According to KKTV-TV (http://tinyurl.com/n78keaz ), the panels have been there for about 30 years.
