Manitou Springs police investigate stabbing assault
Manitou Springs police are investigating after a man was stabbed early Monday morning.
The aggravated assault happened in the 500 block of Caon Ave.
The victim told police that he was walking along the road when he was approached by another man. After an exchange of words, the suspect stabbed the victim several times.
The victim suffered serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
The victim described the suspect as a tall, Hispanic or mixed-race man who was wearing a turquoise hoodie.
