75 year old woman hit and killed
State patrol is investigating a deadly accident involving a 75 year old woman. She was hit and killed around 8:00 pm Friday night, on Highway 115, near mile marker 28.
Officers say the woman reportedly hit a deer and got out to investigate.
She was then hit by another driver, a 67 year old woman driving a jeep. That woman was not injured and stopped at the scene.
Hwy. 115 was shut down for over an hour as state patrol investigates.
