Air Force Academy pays tribute to 9/11

The Air Force Academy made a tribute to those killed in the 9/11 terror attacks.

“My cousin, Kevin, he was actually one of the 343 firefighters who died in the towers going in,” said Air Force Cadet Louis Facano.

The Air Force Academy saluted the men and women who died on September 11, 12 years ago. Airmen laid wreaths next to a piece of the World Trade Center donated to the academy by Don Addy, the chairman of the Colorado 30 Group.

After the ceremony, cadets ran in memory of the 9/11 victims.
