Bank robber strikes again

Colorado Springs police detectives are searching for a suspected bank robber who may have struck more than once.

Police say the crook robbed the American National Bank on Briargate Boulevard on Monday, August 12th, around 2:30 pm.

That bank is just off Rangewood Drive.

Police think the suspect the same man who robbed the Academy Bank at Briargate Blvd. and Union Blvd. multiple times.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 20 and 30 years old, and is around 5’7″ or taller.
