Flash flood warning cancelled

The flash flood warning that was issued for the Waldo Canyon burn scar Sunday evening (8/11/13) has been cancelled.

An urban and small stream flood advisory remains in effect for the Black Forest burn scar until 8 p.m.

As of 5:45 p.m., the only area reporting flooding was Security. Street flooding was occurring at the intersection of Main Street and Security Boulevard, which is prone to flash flooding whenever rain hits the area.
