Warehouse searched for wanted man, fugitive not inside
Police thought a wanted man was holed up inside a southeast Colorado Springs warehouse Thursday afternoon.
The warehouse that was searched is located at 2715 Delta Drive.
Police were looking for 54-year-old Frank Goad.
Goad is accused of shooting at police officers and trying to carjack a man near Goose Gossage Park on Tuesday evening. Click here to read more about that.
Workers in the area say the warehouse has been abandoned for years.
KRDO NewsChannel 13’s Paula Vargas is on the scene. She says police have determined that there was no one inside the warehouse, and that officers are now leaving the area.
